Job summary

Zoom in Cheyenne, WY seeks a lead solutions engineer to act as the technical advocate for Strategic Accounts, covering the full UCaaS stack and AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with account executives to architect multi-product deployments and design tailored demos and POCs.

You will translate customer needs into product recommendations, drive internal feature requests, and present Zoom's architectural advantages to executives and technical stakeholders alike.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering experience supporting enterprise-level customers in technical pre-sales.
• Strong working knowledge across the full UCaaS stack with a generalist profile preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with API integrations, networking protocols, security best practices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Genuine passion for AI with real use cases and impact on the modern workforce.
• Natural rapport-builder with business acumen and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales across the full Zoom platform.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and proofs of concept for enterprise challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and drive feature requests with Product/Engineering.
• Present Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to stakeholders at all levels.
• Gather market intelligence from field engagements to refine sales strategies and roadmaps.
• Collaborate to manage RFPs/RFQs, remove blockers, and accelerate deal cycles.
