Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing technical role (e.g., TAC, SE, or SE) supporting enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of IP Telephony, SIP/H.323, VoIP, and networking protocols.
• Hands-on experience with video conferencing platforms and UC tools; Windows, macOS, Linux admin experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical subject-matter expert on Zoom architecture and collaboration space.
• Own complex technical escalations, driving timely resolution with the account team.
• Provide architecture integration and service optimization consultations.
