Job summary

Verizon seeks a high-impact Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions sales partner to drive transformation for large global accounts. You will identify technology to elevate CX, empower hybrid workforces, and design tailored CCaaS/UCaaS and AI-driven automation strategies.

You will lead the sales cycle from discovery through closing, partnering with internal teams to orchestrate complex, multinational deals and ensure high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience required.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience or military/specialized training evidences seniority is preferred.
• Experience selling or consulting on complex IT or communication solutions.
• Willingness to travel to meet with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Forge strong relationships with senior leaders in large global accounts.
• Evaluate gaps in customer communication workflows and agent performance.
• Propose tailored UCaaS/CCaaS and AI-driven solutions to business challenges.
• Handle all sales-cycle stages from discovery to closing and satisfaction.
