Job summary

Datadog's Technical Solutions Enablement team seeks a Senior TS Enablement Program Manager to design and run complex, high-visibility enablement initiatives for global Support Engineering. You will partner with leadership, translate business priorities into measurable outcomes, and drive adoption at scale across regions.

You will own multi-quarter roadmaps, build executive-ready narratives, and develop tools, training, and content with a strong focus on data-driven impact and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of related experience in enablement, program management, or change management.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-quarter programs with high visibility.
• Expert at building and managing senior stakeholder relationships across functions.
• Data-driven—design measurement frameworks and build Salesforce/LMS reports.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for senior/executive audiences.
• PROSCI/ADKAR certification (or equivalent) required.
• Deep understanding of TS workflows and capability to partner with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for complex, global enablement programs across regions and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder relationships with senior partners across StratOps, Product, TS Leadership, and People Team.
• Translate goals/OKRs into multi-quarter program roadmaps and report progress to leadership.
• Design metrics frameworks and analyze Salesforce and LMS data to track KPIs.
• Create executive-ready materials with clear recommendations and insights.
• Conduct needs assessments and pulse checks to inform program strategy and gaps.
• Design tools, resources, and training frameworks to support TS workflow changes at scale.
• Partner with leadership to design ramp and enablement programs for specialists vs generalists.
• Mentor and develop junior ICs on the team and raise the bar for program quality.
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows and automations to improve delivery.
