Job summary

Datadog is seeking an Enablement Operations Manager to own the operational infrastructure enabling programs to run efficiently and at scale, with a focus on Technical Solutions Enablement. You will partner with teams to manage processes, knowledge management, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement, building scalable workflows and AI-enabled optimizations for high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enablement operations, business operations, learning operations, or related field.
• Experience building or improving operational systems, processes, or knowledge management.
• Strong organizational skills with process discipline.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable processes and reporting.
• Experience with LMS, knowledge mgmt platforms, and PM/reporting tools.
• Experience building or maintaining operational dashboards and recurring reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Continuous improvement mindset with automation and AI awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support operational processes, governance, and enablement systems for Technical Solutions Enablement.
• Manage delivery of enablement platforms, LMS, CMS, reporting, and program support.
• Execute knowledge management model: taxonomy, lifecycle, discoverability.
• Develop SOPs, templates, documentation to improve consistency and scale.
• Oversee intake workflows, work tracking, and execution visibility across portfolio.
• Define business requirements for enablement platforms with Enablement Systems & Analytics.
• Maintain reporting on participation, completion, certifications, utilization, compliance.
• Collaborate to improve reporting, analytics, and system capabilities.
• Governing rollout of tools, systems, and processes; drive adoption.
• Identify bottlenecks; implement automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Monitor performance and propose data-driven improvements.
• Provide PM for strategic priorities & OKRs; track milestones and risks.
