Job summary

Datadog seeks a Senior Program Manager for the Sales Enablement Program Management team to design, plan, and execute complex, global cross-functional programs that transform how GTM teams operate at a systems level. You will own the end-to-end enablement process and manage stakeholder relationships with minimal guidance.

This high-ownership role requires strategic thinking, comfort with data, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management, change management, sales enablement, strategy & operations, or related field.
• Deep expertise in change management and program design with multi-stakeholder global programs.
• Data-driven across quantitative and qualitative inputs; comfortable analyzing metrics and running surveys/interviews.
• Experience with Salesforce and Tableau/Metabase is a plus, PMI/PROSCI/ADKAR certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned enablement programs end-to-end with strategy, plans, milestones, and delivery.
• Diagnose performance gaps and translate findings into a multi-faceted strategy across curriculum, field, systems, and process.
• Partner with Sales Enablement stakeholders to deliver measurable results and unified enablement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to negotiate objectives, deliverables, and methods on global programs.
• Develop and pilot change management programs and drive adoption at scale.
• Contribute to cross-functional GTM initiatives like sales methodology, playbooks, tooling, and process enablement.
• Design and analyze metrics; build reports/dashboards and present findings to leadership.
