Job summary

The company is seeking a Senior TS Enablement Program Manager to own complex, high-visibility enablement programs across Global Support Engineering. You’ll translate business priorities into measurable impact, partner with leadership, and drive adoption at scale.

Responsibilities include designing roadmaps, building executive-ready materials, and mentoring junior team members while leveraging AI-powered workflows to enhance efficiency and program delivery. Hybrid work environment offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of related experience in enablement or program management.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-quarter programs with high visibility.
• Expert at building senior stakeholder relationships and driving alignment.
• Deeply data-driven with ability to tie programs to KPIs using Salesforce/LMS data.
• Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and strategy storytelling.
• PROSCI/ADKAR certification (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for global enablement programs across regions.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder relationships with senior partners.
• Translate goals into multi-quarter roadmaps and report progress to leadership.
• Design metrics frameworks; track KPIs and present findings to executives.
• Create executive-ready materials and clear recommendations.
• Conduct needs assessments and synthesize feedback to guide strategy.
• Design tools and training frameworks to scale enablement across the org.
• Partner with leadership to design ramp and enablement programs.
• Mentor junior team members and raise program quality.
• Identify AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and delivery.
