Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Senior TS Enablement Program Manager to design and execute complex enablement initiatives for global post-sales teams. You will drive multi-quarter roadmaps, lead senior stakeholders, and translate business priorities into measurable impact, using data from Salesforce and LMS tools to show progress.

You will partner with leadership to craft executive-ready materials, mentor junior team members, and apply AI-powered workflows to scale enablement across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of enablement/program management experience.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-quarter programs with high visibility.
• Expert at building and managing senior stakeholder relationships across functions.
• Data-driven; designs measurement frameworks and builds Salesforce/LMS reports.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills; delivers to executives.
• PROSCI/ADKAR certification (or equivalent) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for global enablement programs with multiple workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder relationships with senior partners across functions.
• Translate goals and OKRs into multi-quarter roadmaps and communicate priorities clearly.
• Design metrics frameworks; analyze Salesforce and LMS data to track KPIs.
• Create executive-ready materials with structured narratives and recommendations.
• Conduct needs assessments, stakeholder interviews, and pulse checks across regions.
• Design tools, resources, communications, and training frameworks for scale.
• Collaborate with Global Support Engineering on ramp and enablement programs.
• Mentor junior EPM ICs and raise the quality bar across work.
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows to improve delivery and automation.
• Maintain understanding of regional needs to keep programs relevant globally.
