Job summary

Datadog is seeking an Enablement Operations Manager to own the operational infrastructure for scalable go-to-market enablement, focusing on Technical Solutions Enablement. Partner with cross-functional teams to manage processes, systems, reporting, and governance, delivering consistency and impact.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in enablement or related operations, with a track record of building scalable systems, strong organization, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enablement operations or related field.
• Experience building or improving operational systems and processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process discipline.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable operational solutions.
• Experience with LMS, knowledge management platforms, PM tools, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Support operational processes, governance, and enablement systems for Technical Solutions Enablement.
• Manage operational delivery of enablement platforms, including project management and LMS/CMS systems.
• Execute knowledge management operating model: taxonomy, publishing standards, lifecycle management, discoverability.
• Establish and maintain processes, templates, documentation, and SOPs to improve consistency and scalability.
• Manage intake workflows, work tracking, handoffs, and execution visibility across portfolio.
• Define business requirements for enablement platforms, workflows, and reporting with analytics teams.
• Maintain operational reporting on participation, completion, certifications, utilization, and health.
• Improve operational reporting, analytics, and system capabilities with analytics teams.
• Support rollout and governance of new tools, systems, and processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Monitor performance and propose data-driven improvements.
• Provide PM for strategic priorities and OKRs with milestones and risk tracking.
