Job summary

FFB Bank in Fresno, CA, seeks a Treasury Relationship Associate III to support Depository and Treasury Management Relationships. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers to drive cross-sell opportunities, manage client portfolios, and ensure smooth onboarding and transitions.

Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, ensuring regulatory compliance, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining high client satisfaction while delivering continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance or related field.
• 6–10 years of treasury management support or operations experience in a financial institution, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proficient analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by supporting Relationship Managers in prospecting, proposals, and initial client meetings.
• Coordinate all aspects of new client onboarding to ensure smooth implementation and high satisfaction.
• Partner with CX and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless follow-up and onboarding.
• Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and AML/CFT requirements to ensure compliance.
• Prepare tailored proposals after researching client needs for informed sales discussions.
• Support multiple teams and mentor junior staff to drive performance and TRAC values.
• Back up TM Implementation Specialists during absences or peak periods.
• Travel up to 10% for meetings, training, and events.
