Job summary

Fremont Bank in Livermore, CA seeks a Sr. Treasury Management Solutions Specialist to drive deposit growth and revenue through consultative treasury solutions. You will prospect, design, implement, and manage relationships with branches and clients across markets.

In this hybrid role, you will split time between in-market field engagements and Livermore office days, working with Treasury Management Managers and Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets and ensure client success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services with a minimum of 3 years’ treasury management or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; GED acceptable.
• Proven selling and negotiation skills; ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
• Ability to create strong working relationships with clients and prospects.
• Willingness to travel across assigned markets

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative treasury management solutions to clients.
• Develop and execute targeted business development and strategic account plans.
• Meet or exceed sales revenue and quarterly scorecard objectives.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline reflecting at least 90 days of projected business.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Branch Managers and internal teams
