FFB is seeking a Treasury Relationship Manager II-III to develop, manage, and expand commercial banking relationships within designated markets. You will source new business and deliver tailored treasury and deposit solutions while deepening client relationships to achieve sales goals.

Depending on experience, you may focus on treasury relationships or higher-value portfolios, supporting market development and cross-selling Bank products and services. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to cross-sell and clearly explain all bank products and services.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and services and federal compliance regulations.

Responsabilités

• Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business.
• Uses CRM systems to track interactions, update records, and manage pipeline.
