Job summary

FFB Bank in California seeks a Relationship Manager I-III to grow deposit, loan, and merchant relationships within designated markets. You will source new business, assess client needs, and design financial solutions to meet goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Depending on experience, you may lead complex deals, mentor junior teammates, and contribute to market development. This role offers base compensation plus incentive opportunities and a collaborative TRAC-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college; preferred field (Business, Finance, or related).
• 3–5 years of related experience in banking, financial services, or relevant industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and explain all products/services with confidence.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and federal compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term business.
• Uses CRM systems to track interactions, update records, and manage pipeline activity.
• Develops and manages a portfolio of client relationships by identifying financial needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Leads the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, design, proposals, negotiation, closing, and funding.
