Job summary

FFB Bank seeks a Treasury Relationship Associate III to support business development and client relationship management for Depository and Treasury Management. You will collaborate with sales officers, branch staff, and internal teams to drive cross-sell opportunities, manage client portfolios, and ensure smooth transitions from sales to service.

You’ll mentor junior colleagues, help improve processes, and stay current with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 6–10 years of treasury management support or operations experience.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong teamwork and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Relationship Managers.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth client implementation.
• Collaborate with CX and Onboarding for seamless client transitions.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and AML/CFT responsibilities.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
