Job summary

Fremont Bank in Livermore, CA seeks a Sr. Treasury Management Solutions Specialist to drive deposits, product adoption, and recurring fee income through consultative treasury solutions.

You will lead the full sales lifecycle with Treasury Management Manager and Relationship Managers, maintaining a strong field presence in in-market locations and Livermore operations. Responsibilities include ongoing client engagement, needs assessments, solution design, implementation coordination, and post-sale

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in financial services including a minimum of 3 years’ treasury management or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proven selling and negotiation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, expand, and retain treasury management relationships to drive deposits and revenue.
• Lead prospecting, solution design, implementation, and post-sale relationship management.
• Partner with Treasury Management Manager, Relationship Managers, and Branch Managers.
• Deliver consultative treasury solutions through client workflow assessments and efficiency gains.
• Meet or exceed sales revenue, proposal, referrals, and quarterly scorecard objectives.
• Coordinate training, implementation, and pipeline reporting with cross-functional teams.
