Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Treasury Management sales professional to drive acquisition, expansion, and retention of payment services for business clients, including merchant services, treasury management, and card solutions.

The role emphasizes outside sales, prospecting, collaboration with Relationship Managers, analyzing cash conversion cycles, and delivering consultative advice to optimize client operations, with a hybrid schedule and strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of Treasury Management sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, expand and retain new payment business including Merchant, Treasury Management and Card products.
• Prospect and contact new clients to provide consultative advice on cash conversion cycles and working capital.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to manage and expand existing client relationships.
• Conduct analyses of receivables/payables cycles for client relationships.
• Provide product/service recommendations to improve client processes and efficiency.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and support accurate servicing.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals and retention objectives.
• Assist in structuring new or modified payment services and oversee implementation.
• Build community relationships and identify business development opportunities.
