Job summary

U.S. Bank in St. Louis is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead the acquisition, expansion and retention of Payment business including Merchant, Treasury Management and Card products.

The role emphasizes outside sales, prospecting and building strong client relationships. You will work with Business Banking Relationship Managers to manage client relationships, analyze cash conversion cycles, and identify efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of Treasury Management sales experience.
• Strong sales and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, expand and retain new Payment business (Merchant, Treasury Management and Card products).
• Proactively prospect and develop new business client relationships.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to manage and grow existing client relationships.
• Analyze receivables/payables cycles and advise on process improvements.
• Provide consultative and product recommendations to improve client operations.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets and retention goals.
• Build ties with the community and local organizations.
