Job summary

S&T Bank is seeking a treasury management sales professional to develop and manage strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to grow deposits and Treasury Management services in the Lancaster market.

You will lead calls with Commercial Loan Officers and Business Bankers, build a client portfolio, assess risk, and promote treasury products while supporting the bank’s growth objectives through community engagement and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires five to ten years general experience with five to ten years specialized treasury management experience.
• Four-year college degree required; CTP preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and promotions.
• Strong collaboration with market team, lenders, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in Deposits, Loans and Treasury Management Services.
• Meet production goals for deposits and fee generation.
• Manage a client portfolio and assist relationship managers with risk assessments.
• Complete risk assessments and due diligence for new customers.
• Lead market meetings to review results and identify opportunities.
• Develop prospect lists and coordinate joint calling with team.
• Promote Treasury Management products and participate in seminars.
• Build internal relationships across departments to support sales efforts.
