Job summary

Farmers and Merchants Bank of Long Beach seeks a Treasury Management Services Sales Manager to lead the Bank’s Treasury Management sales efforts, driving revenue growth and strengthening commercial client relationships with a hands-on, player-coach approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Banking, Business Banking, or related financial services.
• Leadership, sales management, and team-coaching experience to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, coach, and manage Treasury Management Consultants to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop and execute Treasury Management sales strategies to drive client acquisition and product penetration.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and branch leadership to identify opportunities and close Treasury Management deals.
