Responsibilities

• Interview customers and prospective customers and prepare documentation for commercial loans.
• Analyze financial data for proper loan structure and present to loan committee.
• Maintain aggressive commercial calling program for new and existing customers.
• Assist other Bankers in governmental lending programs.
• Promote the bank's image through community involvement.
• Review final loan documentation and provide recommendations.
• Provide training to less experienced Bankers.
• Identify bank prospects through business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with loan policies and procedures.
• Work with customers to establish personalized Treasury Management services.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues.
• Review collateral protection reports and determine action.
• Monitor and document loan portfolio performance through memos, site visits, and reviews.
• Mentor less seasoned Commercial Bankers.
• Contact delinquent loan customers.
• Maintain strong working relationships with bank employees.
