Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and maintain client relationships.

You will leverage deep treasury product knowledge to develop market strategies and partner with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams. Responsibilities include prospecting, driving revenue, and delivering integrated treasury solutions within a consultative framework.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships with clients, COIs, and external consultants.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals as a top performer.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing treasury management business while expanding existing relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues using benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key sales opportunities and engage solution specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspectives in product development and evolution of complex solutions.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at client roundtables, conferences and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships.
