Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with a track record of new business growth.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, COIs and external consultants.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals as a top contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues with benchmarking and opportunity quantification.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews and engage product specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to reflect client perspectives.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events, webinars and media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships.
