Job summary

Travel Leaders Network is seeking a Senior Trainer, Educational Services to design, deliver, and evaluate training for travel advisors and agency partners. You will build curricula, develop instructional materials, and lead workshops and webinars across in-person and virtual formats.

Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure curricula stay current with industry trends and leverage LMS tools to maximize engagement. This remote-friendly role may require travel to conferences and events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years travel advisor leisure sales experience (>$750k annual) or equivalent travel agency leadership experience.
• 5+ years trainer experience in the travel industry.
• Industry credentials preferred (CLIA/ASTA/ACTA/The Travel Institute).
• Strong curriculum development and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for travel advisors and agency partners.
• Develop, facilitate, and manage classroom and online training for events and webinars.
• Create training materials: manuals, guides, tip sheets, video tutorials, e-learning modules.
• Lead certification programs and conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and tailor content to audience needs.
