Job summary

Travel Leaders Network is seeking a Senior Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for travel advisors and agency partners. You will build curricula, materials, and e-learning modules, and lead engaging workshops both in person and online.

You will collaborate with internal teams to align initiatives with company goals and stay current with industry trends, tools, and platforms. Expect about 25% travel and a role focused on knowledge transfer and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of travel advisor leisure sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years of trainer experience in travel.
• Credentials with CLIA, ASTA, ACTA are a plus.
• Excellent curriculum development and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and familiarity with webinar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for travel advisors and partners.
• Develop curricula, manuals, guides, and e-learning modules.
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align training with goals.
• Maintain learner records and ensure timely reporting of activities.
