Job summary

Travel Leaders Network, part of Internova Travel Group, is seeking a Senior Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training for our travel advisors and agency partners. You will develop curricula, create manuals, guides, videos, and e-learning modules, and manage certification programs.

You will lead in-person conferences and online sessions, using LMS and webinars to drive adoption. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in leisure travel sales and 5+ years in training, with strong communication

Qualifications

• 7+ years of travel advisor leisure sales or manager experience ($750k+ annual sales) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of trainer experience in the travel industry.
• Credentials with CLIA, ASTA, ACTA or The Travel Institute a plus.
• Excellent curriculum development and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with strict deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for travel advisors and agency partners.
• Develop curricula, manuals, guides, video tutorials, and interactive e-learning modules; administer certification programs.
• Lead in-person conferences and virtual trainings; manage workshops and webinars.
• Provide customer service support via email and phone; stay current with industry trends.
