Job summary

Travel Leaders Network, part of Internova Travel Group, is seeking a Senior Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for travel advisors and agency partners.

You will develop curricula, instructional materials, and certification programs, and lead both in-person and virtual sessions using LMS and webinar tools. A strong background in adult learning and 5+ years of trainer experience in travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as trainer in the travel industry or equivalent (travel agency/consortium).
• Excellent curriculum development skills with proven track record.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to present complex information clearly.
• Excellent project management skills with strict timeframes and deadlines.
• Proficiency with training technology and e-learning tools (LMS, webinars).

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for travel advisors and agency partners.
• Develop curricula, manuals, guides, tip sheets, video tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Create and administer certification programs for travel advisors.
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, including workshops and webinars.
• Maintain learner records and report training activity.
• Travel 25% of the time and coordinate annual conferences and other events.
