Job summary

Travel Leaders Network, part of Internova Travel Group, seeks an experienced Senior Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training for travel advisors and agency partners. This role focuses on curriculum development, instructional materials, certification programs, and engaging in-person and virtual delivery.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, stay current with industry trends, and facilitate workshops and conferences while traveling up to 25% of the time to

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of travel advisor leisure sales experience (>$750k annual) or equivalent travel agency leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a trainer in travel industry, preferably in agency/consortium.
• Excellent curriculum development and instructional design skills (ADDIE).
• Strong communication, presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for travel advisors and agency partners.
• Develop curricula, manuals, guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Lead in-person conferences and virtual sessions; manage workshops and webinars.
• Utilize LMS and webinars to increase adoption of training programs.
• Collect feedback and continuously refine programs for better learner outcomes.
• Travel 25% of the time to support events and client needs.
