• Demonstrated ability to lead civil construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Owner's professional representative on bridge, roadway and civil construction projects.
• Ensure projects are built in accordance with contract documents.
• Manage project quality control and quality assurance.
• Lead professional and technical staff and contract administration.
• Review change orders, shop drawings, materials testing, and surveying activities.
• Conduct weekly project meetings and oversee utility coordination.
• Prepare progress and final documentation in compliance with requirements.
• Maintain scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments.
• Serve as primary client contact with approving agencies.
