Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager Engineering to lead large multidiscipline transportation projects, coordinating design, engineering, and construction teams from development to close-out. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong client relations and ensuring QA/QC across deliverables.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and PMP, with at least 5 years of project management experience on DOT projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education/experience
• 10 years related experience
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout project lifecycle.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle and ensure on-schedule deliverables.
• Track financials and ensure work stays within budget and schedule.
