Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams from initiation through close-out on engineering projects. You will develop budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and invoices, while maintaining strong client relations and coordinating with marketing, design and production teams.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 7 years related experience, and a PE license. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is required; Access is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• MS Office and MS Project experience required; Access beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams through project lifecycle.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and invoices.
• Produce and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload across the project lifecycle to meet deliverables.
• Track project finances and manage work within budget and schedule constraints.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Leadership for periodic reviews and QA/QC implementation.
