Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer, PE to join our Transportation team in Minnesota. This role emphasizes complex design, project coordination, and client engagement across transportation projects.

You will mentor staff and work with project managers to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license, and 10+ years of experience in transportation-related civil engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) required.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with transportation focus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform complex design computations.
• Prepare and present preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Develop and review roadway layouts and concepts.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple projects while guiding engineers and technicians.
• Support business development including RFPs and client engagement.
• Lead junior staff and mentor their technical skills.
• Define project scope, participate in contracts, monitor budgets, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical design advice to clients and management.
