Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, with a focus on transportation infrastructure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Experience mentoring staff and leading project teams.
• Ability to develop innovative roadway improvements and manage design efforts.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex design computations and analyses.
• Prepares and presents preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Develops and supervises roadway layouts and design.
• Plans, schedules, and manages multiple projects while directing engineers and technicians.
• Supports business development, RFP responses, and client engagement.
• Leads junior staff and fosters technical growth.
• Manages project scope, budgets, and contract negotiations.
