Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer, PE to join our Transportation team in our Plymouth or Eden Prairie office. With over 75 years of experience, we deliver community infrastructure solutions across the Midwest and beyond.

The role focuses on transportation projects, coordinating planning, development, and completion while ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate with Project Managers and mentor staff, building strong client relationships with agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred or required.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience in transportation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience mentoring staff and leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex design computations.
• Prepares and presents preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Develops, supervises and reviews roadway layouts.
• Plans, schedules and manages multiple engineering projects and directs engineers/technicians.
• Supports business development including RFPs and community engagement.
• Leads junior staff and grows their technical skills.
• Identifies project scope, participates in contracts, monitors budgets.
