You will coordinate with Project Managers, mentor staff, and ensure client satisfaction while applying civil engineering and transportation expertise across multiple communities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• 10+ years progressive experience in civil engineering, including transportation infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex design computations.
• Prepares and presents preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Develops, supervises and reviews roadway concepts and preliminary layouts.
• Plans, schedules, and directs multiple projects and teams.
• Supports business development and client engagement with regulatory agencies.
• Leads junior staff and develops technical skills.
• Manages project scope, contracts, budgets, and monitoring actions.
• Provides technical design guidance to clients and management.
