Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, transportation focus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team environment teamwork.
• Experience mentoring staff and developing roadway improvements.
• Proficiency with roadway design tools such as Civil3D and MicroStation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex design computations.
• Prepare and present preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Develop and review roadway layouts and concept plans.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines; mentor junior staff.
• Support business development, including RFPs and client engagement.
• Lead and grow technical capabilities within the team.
• Identify project scopes, assist in contract negotiations, monitor budgets.
