Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer, PE to lead transportation projects from our Plymouth or Eden Prairie offices in Minnesota. You will coordinate planning, development, and completion while ensuring client satisfaction and mentoring junior staff.

The role demands a PE license, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with agencies and staff. A focus on delivering innovative roadway improvements with MicroStation and Civil3D expertise is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a PE license (P.E.).
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, with transportation infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Experience mentoring staff and leading project teams.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex design computations and prepares reports.
• Develops roadway layouts and reviews design work.
• Plan, schedule, and manage multiple engineering projects while guiding staff.
• Support business development, RFPs, and client/stakeholder engagement.
• Lead junior staff and mentor their technical growth.
• Define project scope, assist in budgeting, and monitor progress.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and management.
