Job summary

HDR is seeking a Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs within the Transportation Business Group. You will advise clients on technical and regulatory aspects and oversee planning, execution, and risk management across a broad range of disciplines.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of managing programs with significant capital commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required or preferred.
• PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred.
• CMAA Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification preferred.
• AICP Certification preferred.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary infrastructure programs with significant capital value.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and problem-solving strategies.
• Develop and implement program management and work plans to drive efficiency and accountability.
• Direct HDR and subconsultant teams and ensure contract scope delivery and QA/QC.
• Monitor financial performance and contribute to growth in program management services.
• Perform other duties as needed.
