The role requires 5+ years in logistics and 3+ years of leadership, with strong communication and analytical skills. This is an onsite position with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics.
• Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience; coaching for higher performance preferred.
• Understanding of the distribution process.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and on-time delivery for a 30+ truck dedicated account.
• Manage driver, office, and customer issues while ensuring policy adherence.
• Maintain fleet maintenance programs for tractors and trailers.
• Build trust and partnership with the customer.
• Track shipments with weekly service reports.
• Collaborate with billing and other USX departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Forecast surges by analyzing volume figures.
• Oversee document control related to the account.
• Assist regional manager and support account-wide projects.
• Rotational off-site on-call duty nights/weekends.
