Job summary

U.S. Xpress is seeking a Manager, Customer Account to own the book of business, including commitment management, service, and revenue growth. You will establish and maintain strong customer relationships, lead calls and meetings, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes ownership of loads, communication with customers, and driving revenue while maintaining high service levels. This is an on-site role at U.S. Xpress HQ with regular business hours.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in customer service, administration, logistics, data entry, or transportation preferred.
• Time management with ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Own booking decisions and maximize revenue on loads.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to generate freight orders.
• Lead customer calls and meetings and act as the face of U.S. Xpress.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
