Job summary

U.S. Xpress in Henderson, NC seeks a Supervisor, II Account to lead and develop drivers for assigned Walmart accounts. You will address customer service issues, manage shipments, and drive improvements in satisfaction, retention, utilization, and safety.

You'll promote safety metrics, coach drivers, and coordinate loads and DOT compliance, while collaborating with internal teams to sustain high service levels and profitability. This role is on-site in Henderson, with evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years operations experience preferred (customer service, fleet management, or load planning).
• DOT regulations knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop drivers for assigned accounts.
• Address customer service issues and ensure on-time shipments.
• Promote safety metrics and manage performance.
