Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business, manage loads, and maximize revenue.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to grow freight volumes.
• Lead calls and meetings, representing U.S. Xpress to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Monitor and report on customer scorecards and performance metrics.
• Mentor Account Representatives and drive uptake of services.
