Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in transportation/delivery supervision.

Responsabilités

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in Transportation.
• Oversee and develop Transportation Managers and drivers.
• Monitor staffing, performance, and discipline as needed.
• Ensure on-time, accurate outbound shipments to customers and other DCs.
• Comply with DOT, OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs and improve delivery reliability.
