You will guide leaders and associates, ensure safe, accurate daily outbound shipments to customers and distribution centers, and uphold a secure, profitable operation across the organization. Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five years of experience in transportation/delivery supervision.
• Broad knowledge of transportation/delivery operations, methods and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Ability to interpret financial and operating data.
• Familiarity with DOT, OSHA and regulatory requirements.

• Achieve safety, service and cost targets in the Transportation department.
• Oversee and develop Transportation Managers through coaching and training.
• Oversee and develop drivers and Transportation personnel and address performance gaps.
• Build high-performing teams through staffing, hiring, and coaching.
