Job summary

GAI Consultants is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with 15+ years of experience to oversee engineering teams and manage complex projects. The role is on-site or hybrid at any of our Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, or West Virginia offices, with eligibility for a sign-on bonus.

The position emphasizes leadership, client relations, budgeting, and design-build expertise to deliver innovative solutions across transportation, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience working with State Agencies.
• PE Registration is required with ability to attain PE in additional surrounding states.
• Oversee engineers in the development of plans, financial monitoring, and act as client representative.
• Design-Build experience preferred.

Responsibilities
