Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering project management experience.
• Experience with State Agencies; Design-Build preferred.
• PE Registration required with multi-state reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineers in development of plans, financial monitoring, and client representation.
• Lead projects with complex features and integrate engineering economics and risk analysis.
• Develop standards and guidelines; manage project objectives and resources.
