GAI Consultants is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with 15+ years of experience in managing traffic and engineering projects. This position will be on-site or hybrid at any of our Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, or West Virginia Offices and will be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of managing traffic and engineering projects.
• Oversee engineers in development of plans, financial monitoring, and client representation.
• PE Registration is required with ability to attain PE in additional states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineers in developing plans and monitoring budgets.
• Lead projects with complex features and cross-disciplinary considerations.
• Serve as client representative and manage project objectives, scope, and schedules.
• Coordinate with state agencies and stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance.
