Qualifications

• BS and/or MS in Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• Must have TxDOT highway/roadway design experience.
• ITS and Tolling experience is a plus.
• P.E. license in TX is required.
• MicroStation and OpenRoad Designer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design teams on roadway projects and programmatic activities.
• Plan, design, and produce engineering drawings and supervise production.
• Perform data collection, calculations, and investigations to evaluate design options.
• Prepare reports, permit applications, and progress documentation.
• Conduct field observations and assist in construction review and quality control.
• Mentor staff and coordinate client communications and project planning.
