You will collaborate with Project Managers, mentor junior staff, and manage scope, budgets, and client expectations to ensure successful outcomes. This role requires a PE license, 10+ years of civil engineering experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, with transportation focus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Performs complex design computations and reviews.
• Prepares preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Develops roadway layouts and concept designs.
• Plans, schedules and coordinates multiple projects and budgets.
• Supports business development with RFPs and client engagement.
• Leads junior staff and mentors teammates.
• Manages project scope, contracts and regulatory interfaces.
• Provides technical guidance to clients and management.
