Qualifications

• 10+ years of transportation engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Missouri or Iowa PE license required; PTOE not required but desired.

Responsibilities

• Design of transportation infrastructure projects, focusing on roadway and highway elements.
• Prepare and review project reports.
• Communicates and schedules work with Survey Department.
• Completes work on schedule and within budgets.
• Plans and prepares transportation project plans and specifications.
• Periodic on-site construction observation.
