Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years' experience in roadway design and construction document preparation.
• PE license and experience with MassDOT/NHDOT/MaineDOT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage roadway design tasks for multimodal facilities and urban street projects.
• Prepare technical, cost, and scheduling decisions ensuring quality standards and risk management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and planners to deliver multi-disciplinary project deliverables.
• Mentor project team and provide technical guidance.
